What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always have a solution to any problem that they are faced with, no matter the situation they are prepared. I cant ask for a better team!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its very laid back, no one has a problem with one another, and thats how we get work done, by being cool with one another. Very friendly environment
What are some of the best things about your team?
They come to work on time and ready to work, they never complain, we are most of the time if not all the time on the same page. Great communication and work ethic between us all
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Honestly, My store manager, Karry, is the best boss in little Caesars and I believe that, No problem she is faced with can beat her, she finds a solution to everything. But one problem we have in our store is lack of staff.
