it was easy. not too many questions. you don't need experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
at the store level everything ran well. whenever the supervisors came around or upper management things were terrible.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
management in the southern california region is terrible. One of the area supervisors, Nancy, is neglectful and rude.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the company overall is good- wish they would listen to employee concerns more and not just blindly trust their management
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Don't just hire and promote anyone! Attitude is also important and tenure should mean nothing if a person does not know how to lead a team.
