Some Coworkers come to work high and don’t take the rushes seriously, not focused on fulfilling the orders or lollygagging. Customers become agitated because their pizzas aren’t out on time and the employee at register has to get yelle

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There needs to be a standard on how to act enforced within the store. Harassment took place and went unpunished. Employees who can’t actually do the job after multiple months should just be fired. And overstuffing was a major issue bc our

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

In company resources for employees. I experienced harassment, thievery, and lying within my store and was forbidden from even calling our regional supervisor with the threat of a write up about war issues. Our boss left me on read numerous times. Also set up direct depositing bc again. Thievery.
