Great I love it except for the bosses are horrible, it's atrocious as to what goes on there, and the laziness is the worst I've ever seen.

7.5 an hour, little hours as is, and a 10 cent raise all year...

I was guaranteed the job prior to the interview, plus it was very fast.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Structure, authority, not showing favoritism esp to the lazy ppl, and stop slandering the employees.
