It's wonderful and fun working there. Except the GM isn't suitable for the position, and the pay is very low with a limited amount of raises and no benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is extremely low, minimum wage. We're not offered any benefits and after two years of working there I've only received a .25 raise.
