The thing that makes me most happy about going to work is being able to speak to those at work.

The boss man made me feel very welcome and comfortable, and the questions he allowed me to think before I answered.

Some of the best things about my team is that they are able to talk to one another and lift each other up if need be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the environment at my company is that the crew is always making each other laugh and have a good time. Sometimes it can go too far but it is always good to laugh sometime through the day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation package is the discount on food. This way I can feed my family for a much cheaper price than if I had to buy food regularly. I stay well feed while working to maintain good energy levels.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is able to speak to the employees and bring understanding to the crew about certain rules and policies. The crew will keep each other smiling and always checks up on one another. Those are some of the best things about working at Little Caesars.
