Crews and assistant managers working together and making customers happy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No good benefit offerings. Old workers that been there more than 10 years need more benefits

What are some of the best things about your team?

Great work efort as a team asst. And crew members work better as one store maneger and co manager all they do is stress everyone

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Store 5925 in Highland California,Our manager is very abusive verbaly and makes all workers feel worthless same with comaneger we need good leaders to run store help.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Store manager and co manager they makes all of us feel like were nothing even tho we do the work to perfection and to them both is not enough we need positive leaders to make us feel like we mean something for the company
