First shift ALWAYS works hard to try to make the mid/evening shifts flow easily the rest of the day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The employees have to work way too hard for a very minimal pay, and the pay is BELOW Minimum Wage. No one wants to work under some stressful conditions and have NOTHING to show for it on their pay check.
