Some coworkers were great to work with, but the General Manager made it hard to maintain a healthy environment she pitted me and one employee against each other by slandering both of us to the other one and framing us

Zero benefits, was made a key holder as a minor and was not paid fully for my hours worked

The General manager makes the work environment very toxic by talking smack about other employees behind their backs and talks to employees in a condescending way
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Have a real sit down with real interview questions, the interview was conducted in the back of the store by the walk in fridge with all the other employees free to come in and out as they please. Very unprofessional
