I think the team needs to work on their communication skills.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sometimes the staff can relax and joke around when there are no customers around
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the staff gets underpaid even when they have been working there for years
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think the coworkers need to mingle with each other and maybe that will relieve some tension
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I think the interview process should be less strict because i mean, it's little caesars. It isn't that deep, man.
