Very disappointed With Management and would have stayed if it would have been more organized and thanks to where I can at least you know clock in and get a check because I still have not yet got paid

They were nice sometimes and helpful

It was ok just rushed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have never been paid and being paid as well as compensation for how much this has been an inconvenience would make me happy.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better management, communication skills on their part as well as organization like putting people into the system so they aren't working with no way to clock in.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I made the decision to terminate my employment because of poor management lack of communication on their part and after 2 weeks of working there I still was not put into the system where I could clock in using my fingerprint and also choose this day I still have not received any of my pay
