Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I staffed, hired almost all of the current employees. Not much more than "nice job" still little pay.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Better pay and benefits, working long hours while running shifts as a "manager" doesnt equate to a crew member pay at mcdonalds. If they ask you to be a manager, speaking from experience, RUN. A lot of work, not much to show for it.
