Terrible if you are in my position i should be the general manager as much as i work i know more than everybody there and do more than everybody there however i get treated lke garbage by all of the other management there used and talked down too nobody else in my position would stay
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management besides myself could act like management not put me down and/or Harrass me
What makes you most happy at work?
I am there for myself and the store at the point i am at nothing else matters i have been promoted 3 times and never given a raise just 2x responisblity 3x responsability
