My overall experience was terrible. You can be the best worker there and get the same amount of hours as the worst worker there. They expect too much of you when they are paying you a wage that is impossible to live off of. They do not actually care about you.

change the questions, they are a little weird

They say they value you but don't act on it. They don't give you hours even though your work ethic shows them you are serious.;And terrible pay
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To LIttle Caesars you're just unimportant and it can be seen through your salary. What is expected of you is way too much considering they do not care about how you feel. Maybe if they showed they cared, employees would continue working there for a longer period of time.
