My experience with the company is okay. I am a hard worker and enjoy my job, but the atmosphere I work in does not allow me to work properly due to the lack of work from other employees. Currently, I am unhappy with the lack of procedures being taken to protect our employees from a pandemic.

Being able to follow expectations that are unrealistic to follow due to overflow of demand.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Currently, I would feel more valued if our stores were to cancel all payment methods of cash and begin allowing card payments only until the spread of the Coronavirus is contained. Our lives matter more than that. Our pregnant workers and new moms shouldn?
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our store is not adequate to handle the demand and simultaneously succeed in full cleanliness, maintain outstanding labor costs, etc. Our employees do not care about their job and in return our store is not adequate to proper standards and leaves plenty of customers dissatisfied each day.
