Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid minimum wage even when I had to pull back to back shifts because the store had no employees. Rightfully so when the McDonalds across the street even started people at $10/Hr. My opinion on this company cannot be any worse.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Had coworkers fighting eachother in the back, Coworkers would walk out weekly. Manager made new employees do all the work. I tried my best for my own sanity and kept to company standards, but I cannot say the same for anyone else in this company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have already left the company but again. Taken advantage of with 13 hour shifts without any breaks at all or lunch, HR never responding to me, HR even telling me since I'm white they won't deal with me. managers not listening to me, power hungry staff.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I worked 13 hours shifts here in Virginia, I was not given a break as required by law, was severely taken advantage of, forced to stay past my assigned hours up to even 2am cleaning even though I went to school at 7am. I am utterly disgusted with this company and how they took advantage of me.
