Disgusting. I found a bug in the dough last time I worked. Not to mention the mold on the backs of every baking sheet.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone hates what we do there. There's a bond in that.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Plan ahead. You can't be okay with moldy cookware and late scheduling.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I want to work more, and management is literally taking steps to have me fired. Contradictory statements and late schedules.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
"go by the old schedule" only works when you don't update it. This is the third time that my manager has changed the schedule, the week of, without notifying me.
