What did you like most about the interview process?
We do open interviews at my store. I like the fact that we do this because, it forces you to see all applicants. You can really find some hidden gems.
What makes you most happy at work?
Honestly, I am happiest when it is busy. I love crunch time. At this time it shows what kind of employee you are, shows strengths and weaknesses. Plus, it makes the time go by faster.
