What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can't say because for the first day on the job it's been a rollercoaster ride for the deep underworld.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
everyone thinks that a 40 hour week can pay all your bills but even then it doesn't some still have to work two jobs. look if the full time get medical, vision, and dental, why can't part-time people even if their single part-timers.
