Our team is kind, friendly, upbeat and always trying to incorporate innovative techniques to get the job done faster and more efficiently despite the fact that we are paid below a living salary.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe that we are the backbone of the company because we are providing the customer service that makes customers come back more frequently and we boost sales with our considerate attitudes and sales pitches.
