When I start working I love going to work but not that we got this manager I go because I need the job not because I love going I just wish the my job was like before without any problem or concern

I don't think there is any positive at work now. I think I had more positive before than now
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was good because it was a very good manager that was there before that one I have now
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not to have favoritism in the work place or not to discriminate age on worker just because of your age
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They should be fair with all of us and not have favoritism with us and keep it the same work to do. Not leaving all the work or Cleaning just to one person
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to work more and do they best on working on keeping the store clean and not just one person because is not fair. The manager need to be more of a manager
