When you are fully staffed and prepped (when everyone has done their job to its fullest extent) the job can be fun, it's not hard just requires labor and speed.
Most of the employees are kids or adults who cant work anywhere else, so motivating these kids to work hard is almost impossible when you are constantly understaffed and paid so little, no one wants to stay in a job that doesn't care about you.
The people who care and want to work and make this a career are awesome but theres not enough of them, and the pay is awful, only 2 chances for raises and only promoted when management needs you, very little in store training and very little help.
Only co mangers and gms get benefits, assistant managers do not get any benefits whatsoever and promotions only come with a dollar raise, the biggest problem with little Caesars is the management, pay, and lack of staff. They cant keep people because they ask for so much for so little pay.
Always understaffed and usually the staff we have doesn't want to work as hard as they should because of the pay and they hire lazy people, because typically only lazy people apply to this kind of job. If they increased pay and promotion process wasnt so difficult for no reason this would be fun.
