Everything and it can't be improved unless everyone decides to make a positive change

The boss either needs to be removed or change the way he treats his workers

Not talking behind ppls back actually working instead of talking and smoking. Cleaning the store. Talk about the issues in the company instead of cussing out workers and treating them terribly
