Founded in 1959, it was the result of a blind date between Mike Ilitch and Marian Bayoff, who eventually married and dropped their entire life savings into opening a pizza store just outside Detroit. Started off fairly good. As a new employee I felt it was my duty to give the job my all everyday. Once I realized the company was not giving the same effort back my loyalty as an employee started to fade away. Almost every shift I worked only one other employee worked with me.

The best part and only part we really get is simply getting paid

The team will care about the job if the job cared about them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The effort put into the job by the few employees who actually care is the only positive
What are some of the best things about your team?
That some employees feel that they are doing the other employees a favor, meaning that they have their back during a shift because only one or two persons are working. And even having a cool employee like that is rare
