That's dirty nobody seems to work as a team I clean up my area when I leave work the next day I have to clean it again because the night crew did not clean it they have cockroaches and have them had have had them for several months

Free food when I have my break

Having more of a sit-down face-to-face with the manager not just stand around in the corner
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay would be appreciated paid time off not told I can't take two weeks even though I don't get paid for it

Get them to work as a team help make them do their job to help me and I help them to be a real team player
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Manager hiring all these little young kids that won't do their job all they want is a paycheck not wanting to hire anybody with any experience or any knowledge of what they're doing helping make the team better
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything there is no teamwork there everybody has to do their own thing the the manager will not make the crew do anything I ask for help I can't get it but they ask me for help and I always help them
