The most positive thing about this franchise,culture and environment is that we communicate and that we are willing to follow, listen and take the lead at the same time .that instead of getting frustrated and stuck we find the positive and keep moving we keep negativity out of are vocabulary

The best things about the team is that we're up at sunset. We stay up late to discuss further growth and to make sure a project gets complete . we brain storm after each step is completed. To see if at that time We can upgrade or to continue going. I believe the best thing is that we communicate
