The management team is very click-ish. If they don't like you or you don't fit their specific "mold" they ignore you even though in your heart you are doing the best you can if not better than the person standing next to you. I came in on time, went straight to work, never abused my breaks or lunch

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More attention on work ethics than facial appearance. Better trained lower managers on how to communicate to employees. Communicate more effectively to seasonal and pt staff and not solely rely on email for messaging.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not pleased with the fact that I am required to have a credit card or a pre-paid card to obtain discounts. The pay was substandard to neighborhood pay rates. I was getting 11.75/hr while others were getting $15+
