Company runs very poorly, fake store upkeep, only when store has big wigs visit, other than that, its filthy, just filthy and stuff is everywhere. Hard to get a manager for a customer. Never used to be like that. This survey doesn't let me say more

Emplyees always support each other and watch out for each other

They dont even pay minimum, Walmart and Target pay way way higher

Emplyees positive, but managers pick people who they can and can't to pick on
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is poor to none stock of products, which always sell, always out of stock of important items. And nothing to do with pandemic. It was always like this
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They deeply don't care, they are so ever worked, because store manager makes them all run everywhere on all and every floor, instead strictly have them run only their departments. They all disappear and hard to find.
