Overall experience is good. Macy's needs more interaction among sales associates for social and cultural interaction in individual stores. This would create better work environment. Does not have to cost money for the activities. Activities should be coordinated by HR Department.

Higher Pay Rate and more opportunities to earn Macy's Money other than credits opened.

Managers are awesome and very helpful. Always a shot on the Theatro Headset away.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Macy's Leadership has lead the organization thru the Pandemic and the store is coming back to the norm in the retail industry.
