I like the positive attitude everyone has and the willingness we have to help our clients in the aspect of customer service. We put our customers first. We work as a team as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At least minimum wage, And I was hiring at holiday and they move me straight to Jewelry from fragrance and I was never trained properly like the other jewelry sales people so I feel I am treated unfairly
