The manager listens to you. Some supervisors are busy playing favorites.

When I can be left alone to do my job and not be micromanaged.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Treat EVERYBODY the same . More consistency with rules, supervisors shouldnt yell at colleagues to get their point across
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They could work more and hang out less. The people that work hard the supervisors expect more from, but if you are buddies with the supervisor you dont have to work as hard and same rules dont always apply
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Floor colleagues all received same raise. It did not matter how hard you worked we all received the same. It makes it hard to want to put in extra effort if we all receive the same pay. Why should somebody that barely works receive the same compensation as a hard working employee?
