Company treats its hourly employees like trash. Expected to go above and beyond the job role but will never reward employees that do. Pay is awful, they have been saying they will increase the base pay for years but the only thing they have increased is how much money the execs get. Don't work here
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid a fair wage for the work we do. Other companies pay 20 plus for my roll while we start at 12.50. Being open to discussing it instead of censoring anyone who brings up the topic
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing employee worth and hard work, increasing base pay to a livable wage instead of virtue signaling to the world how great you are for donating so much money while your workers are in or a step away from poverty
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management has fostered this environment where only positive praise (regardless if its deserved) is excepted. Anything else is labeled as negative and should be censored. All care and improvements for hourly are only done reactively to make the company not look bad publicly.
