we are short staffed because people don't get scheduled, putting too much responsibility onto each associate and creating a less-than-stellar customer experience because the one-two associates per department have to stay at the register.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because my store is understaffed, each of us are doing to the work of multiple people. This adds stress and exacerbates the feeling that I'm not being valued.
