Workers need to work & not gossip & point fingers. That behavior is toxic and I care nothing for it

Theres a a lot of gossip and people being bullied for going above & beyond because the instigator wants rewards for doing bare minimum

Pay raise is pitiful. No sick days No vacation. i take over for a supervisor whos absent & get 'paid' with "personal development"

Everyone needs to mind their own business and work. If they want others to be accounted for their work ethic then the same applies to them.
