I've worked for Macy's several years. They don't treat their employees fair and equally. Macy's doesn't pay their employees well or pay the associates according to their experience or knowledge.

Macy's treats all employees with respect , according to their ethnicity and race.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They help in the fitting rooms after our big sales, to clean the fitting rooms.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their are only a few that I would recommend and that are professional and treat their employees with respect.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Train the new employees longer and more effectintely. Don't just throw them on the Sales Floor during busy hours. Train them 2 weeks prior to and after they're hired at Macy's.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees aren't paid a good enough or high enough salary, according to their time with the company and experience, knowledge, work habits. They're treated and paid like someone who walks in off the street woot the same experience. It's SAD!!
