Chaotic, understaffed, messy, worn out, staff drama, little vacation time, not really a flexible schedule, extremely difficult to work with unavailable times (ie; school, kids, etc, anything not being available anytime the store is open)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Macy's isn't every employees life., but then again management is rather well paid and has plenty of vacation time, but also this is there full-time career. District, Regional management are very clueless about the operation of the company other than simple sales figures.
