My coworkers are amazing to be around, and we work well as a team. We stand up for eachother and help eachother when needed.
I train, have manager override, and I'm someone coworkers turn to to help with issues/solve problems. Many customers ask if I am a manager, and say I should be. I should be able to grow within the company, and get paid for my extra work.
