My vacation hrs amount and rate of pay while I am using my vacation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is getting better. Old 1 yr Manager was aweful but he moved on and now our manager is amazing!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to see what's really going on! And fix the problem areas instead of harassing employees who do their job!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along we work as a team! I feel one direction Macy's is going breaks that up which causes in department fighting and bitterness.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are not all on the same page. Our department manager blamed an employee that was even working on the day a customer complained .
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They really need to renovate our store we have old flooring that has chips everywhere. The bays we work in are old the drawers are broken and nothing gets fixed. Such a high end Co but our store looks like goodwill.
