Not being robots. I get it's a corporate company but remember everyone is himan, treat your workers like one.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The atmosphere is extremely negative. I came from a store that was more positive that this one is. Unfortunately they closed that store down
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't even have the benefits and I'm full time. They charge you about as much as $100 a week for health care. A WEEK.
