The workers kep the store in a neat and organized I love it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know I am getting paid based on the states minimum wage, but $8.50 an hour with few shifts isn't enough to support myself. I wished they paid at least $9/hr then I wouldn't have much to complain about.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The same way they would greet customers should be the same way they greet me. Granted they are not getting paid to help me but they are getting paid to work with me. I am all for teamwork makes the dream work, but you get whar you receive. An attitude to me means an attitude vice versa.
