We haven't had a meeting in my department in a long time.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a purpose. I work in a specialized department in the store and I get to meet people from all around the globe. Very exciting
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work very hard for not that much money. I still deliver stellar customer service as I have a lot of pride in my work, but more money would help me with my home life.
