Macy's is rapidly closing stores. Macys.com is our largest competitor. I fear our store will close due to our sales decreasing yearly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a tenured employee, do something to keep me interested in staying with the company. I deserve it, don't I ? ...... give me more vacation pay, paid maternity leave, and better health insurance along with a higher wage to keep me from joining your competitor. Just a thought...
