My team is great ! We work as a team we love our regular loyal my clients and people we see everyday ! There knowledge and work ethic is great !!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Macys has to change for the good more pay more manangers and schedule power to the stores and a remodel to the old Macys stores that need appearance love renovation make look good so customer love coming into the store and shop !
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Working as a team ! And being a leader not a Follower ! And remember where the came from the sales for or what ever department cause you got to be on the floor to feel the pain to then lead ! It ain’t easy working with the public everyday and not have leadership support like it needs to be !
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I love the company and what Macys stands for but cutting out Mananger and staff and hours and low pay is not helping with giving Magic to people on a daily basis when you know other stores in the mall get paid more then we do and do less work for they get paidand more hours that said ! We make it Wk
