When my supervisor was out my team ran smoothly everyone knew what needed to be done because we COMMUNICATED.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I came back early from LOA because my supervisor went on LOA. I took over her responsibilities and was never compensated. Later found out she was getting full pay for her LOA when I wasn't even eligible for health insurance
