Constant harassment, always saying things about my race, health and religious views. It’s a constant thrashing and name calling. Yes I’ve been to the union. Yes I’ve spoken to the manager and yes I’ve been to HR.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If it were a better environment, it would outweigh the pay. Being culturally harassed by your counter manager, waking up thinking should I just quit is a horrible feeling a lot of people have. I myself. No one helps. Not HR not your general manager and not your union. The union is bad too.
