Being more proactive, they can stand around talking all day and never touch anything . If I didn’t feel like I did everything and a manager actually listened I would feel better
The store manager is an extreme micromanager. Who comes around and tells you how your posture is and how to stand correctly? That’s weird.. culture is better cold when he comes around
Managers don’t listen to employees. Change doesn’t happen fast enough. It’s ridiculous how ppl can still keep their jobs for never showing up. Working is a joke. Store manager is a micromanager in a bad way. He plays favoritism.
Undervalued bc they make you work in everywhere in different departments without proper training. They hire anyone and you have to deal with ppl who are not taking the job seriously. I would feel better if my job expectations were made clear
