Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although commission is nice, I don't think the starting salary is good enough for the stress that goes along with working there.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less negativity from management, less under-the-table, back-handed games management likes to play with people's lives, and not being punished for not being able to do the jobs of other people they've let go plus our own jobs.
