I like my department manager, she is so understanding and just a great person.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They keep cutting associates. One person on a whole floor is taking advangage of us!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Toi much work to handle for the number of associates, too much area to be responsible for. We need more associates so we can take our breaks and we need better wages.
