We work like crazy physical and mental, not enough coverage on the sales floor, and for all the hard work the pay is just lousy

To make my customers happy, helping them find something they were looking for and sending them to the next place to find the perfect add on, like jewelry or shoes or a beautiful lipstick
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is the key, always share information regarding sales upcoming events and important information! Get to know who works for you, yes it’s a job but it’s important to know a little about your employees
