
They need to get better at working as a team instead of individuals. Why do you have my shop Captain's when you don'tballow them to be involved. They need to listen to their sales associates more and stop holding certain associate Tans when they need to be reprimanded.
They need to stop firing people and groupings departments all into one and leaving two people for three departments to work. I can't cover moderates and Handbags while checking the fitting rooms and dealing with customers. Plus there's enough room to keep going on about what I want to say.
Why do I feel undervalued? Because I get thrown around the whole store to do everybody's job because we're understaffed. I would also like my boss to be able to look me in the eye and talk me instead of ignoring me and walk right past me like I'm not there.
I need to learn how to work together instead of throwing the phrase "I quit" and the manager just stand there and laugh and then walk away. I need co-workers that I actually want to work instead of just standing at the register. They need to hire people that want to learn.
I'm tired of everybody using me because I know I'm a hard worker and nobody else in the store is. I want it to be like it was 3 years ago when it was actually fun and we didn't have presells right after each other and then getting yelled at that we don't make our daily sales goals
